CRUNCHY SALAD 
1/4 cup butter
2 pkg. Top Ramon noodles, crushed
1 (3 top 4 oz.) pkg. slivered almonds
1/2 can sesame seeds

Fry noodles, almonds and seeds in butter until golden brown. Cool. Store in zip-lock bag. in large bowl: 1 head cabbage (cut in slices as for cole slaw) and 1 bunch green onions, sliced. Toss together WHEN READY TO EAT.

DRESSING:

1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. wine vinegar
1 tbsp. soy sauce

Great at barbeques or pot luck. Remember to mix together at last minute. Serves 8 to 10.
