TASTY PASTA 
1 lb. fresh tomatoes, cut p
3/4 lb. Mozzarella cubed
6 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1/2 c. fresh basil chopped or crushed or freeze dried
A sprinkle of red pepper
12 oz. little corkscrew pasta
2 cloves garlic, crushed

Mix everything together in bowl (except pasta) let stand 30 minutes. Stir occasionally. Boil pasta 9 minutes. Drain, put back in same pot, add tomato mixture and cook on low heat about 1 minute. Delicious!!
