GRANDMA'S PLUM BUTTER 
5 c. plums, seeds removed
7 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. cloves
1 1/2 tbsp. allspice
1 pkg. of Certo pectin

Cook plums, sugar, cinnamon, cloves and allspice in a large pot. Bring to a boil. Then add the Certo pectin. Boil for 5 minutes.

Ladle into 1/2 pint jars and process for 10 minutes in a boiling water bath.
