1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. Bisquick mix
3/4 c. melted butter
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine all ingredients and beat until smooth, about 30 seconds in blender or 1 minute by hand mixer. Pour into a greased pie pan. Bake 35-40 minutes at 350 degrees.
