MUFFINS 
1 c. white flour
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. oatmeal
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. wheat germ
1 c. raisins
1 egg or 1/4 c. egg substitute
1/2 c. safflower oil
1 c. skim milk
1/4 c. honey

In large bowl, combine first 7 ingredients. In separate bowl, combine and mix oil, milk and honey; add to flour mixture. Blend with wooden spoon. Pour into paper-lined muffin cups. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
