NEW ORLEANS BROWNIES 
1 c. butter, melted
2 c. sugar
4 heaping tbsp. cocoa
1 1/2 c. flour
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt to taste
2 c. pecans

Mix all ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes in 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 inch pan. Yields 2 dozen.

ICING:

4 tbsp. butter
3/4 box powdered sugar
1 egg
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. cocoa

Mix and spread on brownies.
