TORTILLA ROLL - UPS 
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
8 oz. container sour cream
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies, drained
1 (4 oz.) can chopped olives, green or black
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped green onion
Garlic powder to taste
Seasoned salt to taste
5-10 inch tortilla shells

Mix well. Spread on 5 (10 inch) soft tortilla shells. Roll up. Refrigerate until firm. Slice.
