EASY COFFEE CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix
1 pkg. yeast
1 c. flour
2 eggs
2/3 c. warm water
5 tbsp. butter, softened
1 can either cherry, lemon or apple pie filling

Mix 1 1/2 cups cake mix, yeast, flour, eggs and water. Beat for 2 minutes. Spread into two greased 8" layer cake pans. Spoon pie filling on each. Cut the soft butter into the rest of the cake mix until it is crumbly. Sprinkle over top of pie filling. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.

GLAZE:

1 c. confectioners' sugar
2 tbsp. milk

Mix together and drizzle over top of cooled coffee cakes.
