APPLE PAN CAKE 
1 can apple pie filling
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs, beaten
2/3 c. oil
1 c. nuts, chopped

Spread pie filling in 9 x 13 inch ungreased pan. Combine dry ingredients. Add eggs, vanilla and oil and half of the nuts. Mix well with the pie filling and smooth evenly in the pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Top with favorite frosting, ice cream or Cool Whip.
