LEMON PIE 
1/3 c. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 3/4 c. water
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 pie shell
Favorite meringue recipe
1 sm. pkg. lemon Jello
1 tbsp. real lemon
Few drops yellow food color, optional

Combine cornstarch and sugar in a saucepan. Add water and lemon juice and bring to a boil until very thick. Remove from heat and add lemon Jello, real lemon, and food coloring if desired. Fill favorite pie shell with lemon filling. Cool and top with favorite meringue.
