UPSIDE DOWN GERMAN CHOCOLATE CAKE | |
1 c. coconut 1 c. pecans 1 German chocolate cake mix 1 stick butter 1 box confectioners sugar (or about 2 c.) Spread coconut and chopped pecans on bottom of greased 9x13 pan. Make cake batter according to package directions; pour over coconut and nuts. Melt butter and cream cheese in saucepan over low heat. When melted, stir in confectioners sugar and stir until well blended. Pour the cream cheese mixture over cake batter. Bake in 350 degree oven for 40-50 minutes. |
