EGG AND MACARONI SALAD 
2/3 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. instant minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
7 oz. pkg. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
6 hard - cooked eggs, chopped
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green bell pepper
1/2 c. chopped red bell pepper
Leaf lettuce leaves

Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, onion, salt and pepper in large bowl. Add remaining ingredients except lettuce; mix well. Refrigerate covered, 1 to 4 hours. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
