PASTA AND EGG 
1/2 lb. macaroni (elbows or ditalani)
1/2 c. grated cheese
3 eggs
1 tsp. parsley

Cook macaroni according to directions on box. Do not drain. Add cheese, parsley, and eggs, stirring constantly to break egg. Cook until egg is done. Serve in bowl. Good for Lenten dinners. Serves 3.
