2 lbs. hamburger
2 c. cold water
2 tbsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. paprika
1/2 c. catsup
Salt to taste

Combine hamburger and water before heating. Add all other ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours.
