HOT PEPPER BREAD 
1 1/2 c. corn meal (Hoover's fine ground meal)
Salt to taste
1 c. grated cheese
1 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. cooking oil
2 eggs
1 can cream corn (17 oz.)
1-2 hot peppers, chopped

Mix well and put into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 450 degrees for 20 minutes or until brown.
