SUMMER BREAKFAST SUNDAE 
4 c. chopped fruit
1 tsp. mild honey or other sweetener (optional)
2 c. fromage blanc or nonfat yogurt
1 c. nonfat cottage cheese
2 tbsp. chopped toasted almonds or hazel nuts
1 tbsp. chopped dates or dried figs
2 tsp. bran or yeast flakes
2 tsp. minced fresh mint or coriander

1. Place the fruit in a medium bowl. Drizzle with the honey and set aside.

2. In a small bowl, fold together the fromage blanc and cottage cheese. Divide the cheese among 4 sundae type glasses.

3. Top with the fruit. Sprinkle with the nuts, dates or figs, bran or yeast and mint or coriander. Serves 4.
