STRAWBERRY JELL-O CAKE 
1 box white or yellow cake mix
1 pkg. frozen, lg. strawberries (about 12-16 oz.), thawed
1 lg. tub Cool Whip
1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jell-O

Bake cake as directed. Five minutes before cake is done, prepare the Jell-O using 1/2 the amount of boiling water and cold water. Remove cake from oven and poke lots of holes into it with a fork. Pour Jell-O over the top of the cake. Refrigerate for 4 hours. Mix strawberries with the Cool Whip and frost the cake.
