CHRISTOPHER'S POPPY SEED CHICKEN 
3 whole chicken breast, cooked until tender
1 pt. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. chicken broth
1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick butter, melted
1 tsp. poppy seeds

Cut cooked chicken into chunks and put in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Combine sour cream, soup, broth, and poppy seed. Pour over chicken. Spread cracker crumbs on top. Drizzle butter over crumbs. Sprinkle extra poppy seed on top. Cook for 30 minutes or until bubbles at 350 degrees Recipe may be doubled.
