SPINACH DIP 
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed
1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix
1 can water chestnuts, chopped fine
1 sm. onion, chopped fine
1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 lg. round Pumpernickle Bread

Mix together all ingredients except bread. Chill thoroughly. Hollow out bread. Put dip into bread and use bread bits or Triscuits.
