CHEESE BALL 
2 (8 oz) cream cheese
8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
2 tsp. chopped pimento
2 tsp. chopped green pepper
2 tsp. chopped onion
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. lemon juice

Mix all together and refrigerate until easy to handle. Roll into ball, then roll ball into nuts. Serve with Ritz crackers.
