PEACHES AND CREAM SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. peach flavored gelatin
1 c. boiling water
3/4 c. cold water
3 c. sliced peaches
1 sm. banana, sliced
1 envelope gelatin
3 tbsp. cold water
1/2 c. half and half
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 c. whipping cream
1 c. pureed peaches

Dissolve gelatin in 1 cup boiling water, stir until dissolved. Add cold water and mix well. Chill until the consistency of unbeaten egg whites. Stir peaches and banana. Chill until set. Softened gelatin in 3 tablespoons cold water. Scald half and half and stir into gelatin mixture.

Beat cream cheese with mixer. Add whipping cream, sugar and pureed peaches. Mix well and add to gelatin mixture and stir well and pour on to the gelatin that has set. Return to ice box until it has set for the second time.
