PEACH CREAM SALAD 
1 lg. can peaches
2 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3 c. Cool Whip or whipped cream
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Drain peaches, saving syrup. Dissolve Jello in the boiling water. Add the lemon juice. Mix 1 cup prepared Jello with 1 can syrup. Chill until syrupy. Pour the remaining Jello in a ring mold. Arrange a few peach slices in it. Chill.

Mix together cream cheese, mayonnaise, diced peaches. Beat in Jello syrup. Add Cool Whip. Spoon on top of the first layer. Chill.
