CHINESE CHICKEN WINGS 
2 doz. chicken wings
1 bottle soy sauce
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 c. brown sugar

Mix all ingredients together and add meat. Stir to coat. Marinate overnight in refrigerator. Stir every once in a while. Bake SLOWLY at 325 degrees for about 2 hours. Use foil under the chicken. If it browns too quickly, cover with foil. Serve with white rice and pineapple chunks.
