CHINESE CHICKEN WINGS 
3 to 5 lbs. chicken wings
1 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. water
1 tsp. mustard, dry or regular
1 c. soy sauce

Take tips off and separate pieces. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Marinate overnight. Stir often. Pour everything in a 9 x 13 inch pan (glass).

Cook at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Cover with tin foil for the first 1/2 of cooking time. Let cool and serve or freeze.
