PISTACHIO DESSERT 
70 Ritz crackers
3/4 c. melted butter
1/4 c. brown sugar

Mix together, put in 9 x 13 inch pan and bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees.

1 qt. vanilla ice cream, softened
1 1/2 c. milk
2 pkgs. INSTANT pistachio pudding

Mix together and put on top of cooled crust. Put in freezer until just set (about 2 hours). Spread small Cool Whip on top. Crush 3 Heath or Butterfinger bars and sprinkle on top. Keeps up to 6 weeks in refrigerator or freezer.
