VADALIA ONION & POTATO CASSEROLE 
6 lg. white potatoes, peeled, sliced
6 lg. vadalia onion, peeled, sliced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tsp. BLAIR onion salt
1 tsp. BLAIR butter flavoring
1 tsp. BLAIR paprika for garnish
1/2 can milk

Layer alternately onions and potatoes in baking dish. Mix soup, seasonings, flavorings and milk and pour over top. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes, remove foil, sprinkle with paprika and continue baking another 15 minutes until browned on top.

NOTE: Ground beef, browned, may be added if desired for a one dish meal. Try adding other flavors of soup and seasonings for variation.
