ORZO 
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 med. green pepper, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 lb. pkg. orzo, cooked
1/4 lb. butter
1 pkg. dry onion soup

Saute onions, green peppers and celery. Grease casserole. Mix orzo, sauteed vegetables and remainder of 1/4 pound butter. Add onion soup and mix. Bake in covered casserole 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
