2 tbsp. minced onion
2 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. Beau' Monde seasoning
2 tsp. parsley
2 c. sour cream
1 lg. jar chipped beef, chopped
2 loaves Italian bread

Hollow out inside of first loaf of Italian bread. Cut left over bread into cubes. Cut entire second loaf in to cubes. Mix bread with other ingredients. Fill first loaf of hollowed out bread with mixture above just before you plan to serve. Provide toothpicks and enjoy!
