MEXICAN PIZZA 
1 sm. can stewed tomatoes
3 c. Bisquick
3/4 c. water
1 1/2 lb. ground beef/chuck
1/2 c. refried beans
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
Peppers - hot or mild, chopped
12 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded, or to taste
12 oz. provolone cheese, shredded, or to taste
2 pkg. taco seasoning mix

Cook hamburger and drain well. Add taco seasoning using juice from tomatoes to make one cup liquid. Add liquid to hamburger along with taco seasoning. Simmer 5 minutes. Pour meat on crust and add remaining ingredients.

CRUST: Add water to Bisquick and mix; knead 1 minute. Press onto slightly greased pizza pan. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. I sometimes use cookie sheet, spreading dough thinner. Topping may be increased, decreased or changed according to individual taste.
