PUMPKIN ICE CREAM PIE 
1 c. pumpkin
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1 qt. vanilla ice cream, slightly softened
1 (9-inch) baked pie shell

Combine pumpkin, sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger and cloves and mix. Stir into ice cream and mix until smooth and blended. Pour into pie shell and freeze until firm. Allow to stand at room temperature for 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
