GOURMET TURKEY PARTS 
4 turkey wings and legs
1 pkg. onion soup
1 tsp. crush red pepper
2 c. cream sherry

Wash turkey parts, place in roasting pan; sprinkle on soup and crushed red pepper. Add cream sherry. Cover and bake in slow oven at 350 degrees for 2 hours or until tender. Note: Alcohol in sherry evaporates during cooking process, only the flavor remains. It also is a tenderizer.
