DEVILED EGGS 
6 hard cooked eggs
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper

Shell eggs; cut in half lengthwise. Gently remove yolk and place it in a small bowl. With fork, finely mash yolks. Add remaining ingredients. Mix until smoothly blended. With a spoon pile yolk mixture into egg white centers.
