HAM AND MACARONI 
1/2 lb. cooked ham, diced
1/2 c. American cheese, diced
2 c. cooked macaroni
1/2 c. celery, diced
1/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 c. dill pickles, diced
1 sm. onion, chopped

Mix together lightly the ham, cheese, macaroni, celery, onion and pickles.

Combine the mayonnaise and mustard. Mix well. Add to macaroni mixture and toss lightly. Chill and serve on lettuce. Garnish with hard cooked eggs and tomato wedges.
