HAM & MACARONI CASSEROLE 
1/4 lb. ham
2 c. uncooked macaroni
1/4 lb. cheese, cubed
4 hard cooked eggs, diced
1 chopped onion
1 bell pepper, chopped
2 cans mushroom soup, undiluted
Pimentos, optional

Combine and stand overnight in refrigerator. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.

(One day I found I didn't have macaroni but did have macaroni & cheese so it can be substituted for the macaroni.)
