SCALLOPED BROCCOLI 
16 oz. broccoli
1 c. wide egg noodles
10 3/4 oz. can Cheddar cheese soup (condensed)
1/3 c. milk
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1 tbsp. butter, melted

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cook broccoli and noodles according to package directions; drain. In greased 1 1/2 quart casserole blend soup and milk until smooth. Stir in broccoli, noodles, cheese, pepper, mushrooms. Combine crumbs with melted butter, sprinkle over broccoli mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
