SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sausage
1 c. rice
1 can beef consomme
1 c. water
Salt
Pepper

Brown sausage; drain. Pour rice in casserole dish and cover with sausage. Pour consomme and water over sausage. Do not mix. Put in oven and cook 1 hour at 350 degrees. Salt and pepper to taste.
