GERMAN POTATO SALAD 
3 medium potatoes, cooked in jackets, peel and sliced thin (set aside)

DRESSING:

Fleshmann's butter
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. flour
1/3 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
3 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
2 tbsp. chopped pimento

Cook onion in butter. Add flour; stir and add vinegar, water, sugar, salt, and pepper. Cook 2 minutes. Add to potatoes along with parsley and pimento.
