2 c. lemon juice
2 c. honey
2 qts. water
Ice

Mix lemon juice and honey in small bowl. Allow mixture to rest for about 1 hour. Stir. Add to a large pitcher, stir water in gently. Serve over ice. Makes 2 1/4 quarts.
