WASSAIL 
2 qts. apple cider
2 c. orange juice
1 c. lemon juice
5 c. pineapple juice
Sugar or honey to taste
1 cinnamon stick
1 1/2 tsp. whole cloves

Combine juices and sweetener in a large pan. Combine spices in a teaball. Simmer together 60 minutes (if teaball is not used strain liquid after simmering.) Serve in punch bowl with diced oranges, lemons, whole apples floating for garnish if desired. Makes 2 quarts. 1/2 cup = 145 calories, 0 cholesterol.
