SNICKER BARS 
2 (12 oz.) bags milk chocolate chips
6 tbsp. Crisco shortening
60 Kraft caramels
6 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. whipping cream
2 c. dry roasted peanuts

Melt chocolate chips and Crisco in microwave. Pour into 9 x 13 pan (line pan with foil). Chill 15 minutes. Melt caramels, butter and cream, add peanuts and stir. Spread over chocolate layer. Add other 1/2 of chocolate mixture.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
