1 c. sugar
1 c. Karo syrup
2 c. crunchy peanut butter
4 c. Special K cereal
6 oz. chocolate chips
6 oz. butterscotch chips

Mix sugar and syrup and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add peanut butter and Special K cereal. Spread in 9x13 inch pan. Melt together chocolate chips and butterscotch chips. Spread over top and cool.
