SAVORY RICE STUFFING 
2 c. uncooked rice
1 c. butter
1 lg. onion
2 tbsp. poultry seasoning
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 c. chopped celery & leaves
1/3 c. chopped parsley
1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms (opt.)

Cook rice. Melt butter in large skillet and add remaining ingredients. Cook, stirring occasionally for 5 minutes. Add rice and mix well. Stuff turkey or chicken or serve as a side dish with meat.
