RHUBARB PIE 
3 cups rhubarb
3 tbsp. Flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. nutmeg or cinnamon
4 tbsp. butter
1 pie shell and 1 top crust

Put rhubarb in shell. Mix all other ingredients except butter. Pour over rhubarb and dot with butter. Place top crust on top and sprinkle well with sugar and nutmeg or cinnamon.

Bake 50 minutes in a 375°F oven.
