HAZEL'S RHUBARB PIE 
2 eggs, beaten
1 3/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tbsp. oil
3 c. rhubarb
Pastry crust for 9 inch pie

Combine first 6 ingredients. Place in pie shell. Cover with second crust. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes; lower to 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
