HOLIDAY BROWNIE PIE 
2 sqs. unsweetened chocolate
1/3 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Lightly beat eggs in separate bowl. Place chocolate and butter in a 4-cup measure. Microwave on medium (50%) 1 1/2 to 2 minutes. Stir in sugar. Fold 3 spoons full of hot mixture into eggs and mix well. Then return egg mixture to the chocolate mixture.

Stir in flour, baking powder, salt, vanilla and nuts. Spread in a lightly greased 2-quart round dish. Microwave on medium (50%) 7 minutes. Turn dish twice, then microwave on high (100%) 3 minutes. When cool, cut into wedges.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
