3 c. flour, sifted
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
6 tbsp. cocoa
2/3 c. oil
3 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 c. cold water

Mix first 5 ingredients together. Add rest and mix well. Pour in ungreased 9x13 inch pan. Bake 35 minutes in 350 degree oven.
