HOMEMADE CHILI | |
1 lb. ground beef 3/4 c. chopped onion 1 garlic clove, minced 2 tbsp. Mexican chili powder 1 tbsp. flour 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. ground cumin 1/2 tsp. sugar 1 c. (8 oz.) tomato sauce 1 c. water Brown together beef, onion and garlic. Drain excess fat. Stir in remaining ingredients. Mix well. Drain 1 can chili hot beans. Add. Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Makes 4 servings. |
