12 eggs 2 lbs. brown sugar 1 lb. butter Cream together. Add: 8 tsp. baking soda 42 oz. quick oatmeal 1 lb. chocolate chips or carob chips 1 c. coconut 4 c. raisins 2 c. walnuts Form into balls and flatten. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. Makes 22 dozen. |
