HAZELNUT ENERGY BALLS 
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/3 c. honey
3/4 c. dry milk
1/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese (1 oz.)
1 c. muesli (oatmeal?)
1 c.chopped hazelnuts

Mix together peanut butter, honey, dry milk, cheese and muesli. Let rest for 5 minutes and roll into approximately 20 1 inch balls. Roll in chopped hazelnuts.
