SOUTHERN FRIED CORN 
1 qt. fresh cut cream style corn
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
Salt and pepper to taste
Milk

Mix corn, sugar, flour, salt, and pepper. Add enough milk until corn becomes the consistency of cornbread mix or slightly thinner. Add 1/3 cup oil to a large iron skillet and heat well. Pour in corn mixture. Cook in a 350-375 degree oven until corn is done and slightly brown on top.
